• The Purchasing Committee opens bids the 1st Tuesday of each month, 110 North Crawford Street,Thomasville, GA. (Unless otherwise specified)
• Bids are reviewed and recommendations are presented to the Board at the 1st Board meeting each month, the 2nd Tuesday at 8:00 A.M.
• When necessary, alternate meetings will be scheduled for bid openings.
