Mental Health, Developmental Dissorders and Addictive Disorders
Region 4 Planning Board

Appointment Criteria - a consumer of disability services, a family member of a consumer, an advocate for disability services or a local leader or business person with an interest in mental health, developmental disabilities and addictive diseases.  Multi county travel is required. Each appointment is a 3-year term and the member can serve no more than 2 full terms.
