Board Members Present: Earl Williams, Chairman, J. Elaine Mays, Bobby Brown, and Roy Campbell. Ann McCrickard faxed her comments to the Board.
Chairman Earl Williams called the meeting to order and gave the prayer.
The payment of Unemployment Insurance for four former employees was discussed. The payment for $13,342.94 was referred to Kha Williams. A motion was made to pay the bill by Campbell and seconded by Brown. Motion carried.
A bill from Keith Allen to confirm some questions about the audit was presented. Bobby Brown made the motion to pay it. Roy Campbell seconded the motion. Motion carried.
The board also voted to send a letter to the Department of Labor and stated there are no employees under the employment of this board. The motion was made by Elaine Mays seconded by Roy Campbell. Motion carried.
