Chairman Ricky Smith called the meeting to order and Earl Williams opened with prayer.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Executive Director Jack Smith presented a letter from SP Design Group recommending that the Board accept the bid from Courson and Head Construction in the amount of
$287,825.00 (which includes Alternate 1 adding third bay). This includes site prep and paving. The well is not included and bids will be taken from local vendors. After discussion, Ervin Brock made a motion to accept the recommendation from SP Design Group and contract with Courson and Head Construction to build the Coolidge Fire Station at a cost of $287,825.00. Bobby Brown seconded the motion. With all in favor, the motion carried. Roy Campbell then made a motion to give the Executive Director the authority to execute all necessary contracts and documents concerning the construction of the Coolidge Fire Station. The motion was seconded by Earl Williams. All were in favor. The motion passed.
With no further business to discuss, Ervin Brock made a motion to adjourn. Earl Williams seconded the motion. With no opposition, the meeting adjourned.
