Chairman Ricky Smith called the meeting to order and Battalion Chief Ronald Roberts opened with prayer.

Members of the Equipment Committee presented information concerning the proposals for the Aerial Ladder Truck. After discussion and a recommendation from the Equipment Committee, Ervin Brock made a motion to accept the proposal and purchase the 100 ft. aerial ladder truck from Sutphen at the cost of $679,758.00. Roy Campbell seconded the motion. With all in favor, the motion carried.

With no further business to discuss, the meeting adjourned.
