Chairman Josh Herring called the meeting to order.  Earl Williams opened with prayer.

 

 

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

 

Roy Campbell made a motion to approve the minutes from the November 9th, 2000 Budget meeting.  The motion was seconded by Ricky Smith.  With all in favor, the minutes were approved.

 

 

PROPOSED 2001 BUDGET

 

Executive Director Smith reviewed the revisions discussed in last weeks meeting, with a result of  $6,507.36 excess of revenue in the newly proposed budget.  There were additions in revenue and reductions made in maintenance and repair of radio equipment, other equipment, and fuel. After a short discussion, Roy Campbell made a motion to accept the 2001 budget as proposed.  Ricky Smith seconded the motion.  The vote in favor was unanimous.

 

 

EXECUTIVE SESSION

 

Roy Campbell made a motion to close the meeting to discuss personnel issues.  Earl Williams seconded the motion.

After Closed session, Ervin Brock made a motion to open the meeting.  Ricky Smith seconded the motion.

 

With no further business to discuss, the meeting adjourned.
