On July 1, 2010 Board of Elections and Registration was created to replace the Board of Registrars and the Elections Superintendent.  The new board will handle all aspects of the voting process;  voter registration, elections and poll worker training.  Elections were formerly under the authority of the Elections Superintendent, the Probate Judge and Voter Registration under the authority of the Board of Registrars.   Enabling Legislation
